Provola

A classic Provola has a pear-sharped form. It is aged within seversl days after manufacture. As a result moisture comes out and this product becomes drier. This smell of provola is particulary apperciated by wine connoisseurs. A smoked provola is also aviable. The smoking process, which is natural, uses pure woodchips. The smoked provola is best served as an accompaniment to larger or beer.
