Prawn pasta

Mascarpone — 250 g
Prawns — 500 g
Pasta — 400 g
Garlic — 3 cloves
Olive oil — 10 ml
Herbs — 10 g
Salt, spices
Preparation
Step 1

Cook pasta in lightly salted water until "al dente".

Step 2

Fry prawns until brown.

Step 3

Add mascarpone and a pinch of salt to garlic oil, stew for a couple of minutes. Add pasta, prawns, and stew a bit more.

Step 4

Decorate with herbs before serving.
